Our incredibly talented student Louisa was on set with her co-star Sir Jonathan Pryce as they filmed 'Save the Cinema'. The film also stars Samantha Morton, Tom Felton, Adeel Akhtar and Susan Wokoma. It is based on the true story of Liz Evans a local Carmarthenshire hairdresser and leader of a Youth Theatre who successfully fought to save the Lyric Theatre in Carmarthen from closure and demolition. We are exceptionally proud of Llandovery College student Louisa who plays the part of young Liz!

The film is released in cinemas and on Sky Movies on 14th January.
