Llandovery and Surrounding Areas

The College is situated in the historic market town of Llandovery at the Northern edge of Carmarthenshire and on the Western edge of Bannau Brycheiniog formerly known as the Brecon Beacons National Park. Llandovery is also a gateway town to the picturesque Cambrian mountains.

Situated in the centre of the town of Llandovery, it has easy access to shops and amenities. To the West you can find the picturesque Cardigan Bay or The Gower Pennisula and Pembrokeshire coast to the south. There are many blue flag beaches and a wide variety of activities to suit all ages.

Travelling to Llandovery.
By Car
From the south - head north on the A483/A40 from the M4 Jcn 49 and follow signs for Llandovery.
From the east - head west on the A40 from Brecon
From the north - head south on the A483 from Builth Wells
By Train
Llandovery Railway Station is on 'The Heart of Wales' Main Line and is 2 minute walk from the College. Services south to Swansea take about 1 hour. Services north to Shrewsbury take about 2 and a half hours.
